Dr. Powen Hsu, a New England Neurological Associates specialist in
physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) is now Medical Director of
Inpatient Rehabilitation at the Optima Health/Catholic Medical Center in Manchester,
N.H. Dr. Zinon Pappas also works in the Manchester office in the practice of physiatry.
