Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After 4:30 p.m. and during weekends, our answering service will take your name and telephone number for a return call the following business day. Prescription Refills

Refills on routine prescriptions should be called in during regular office hours. Please leave your name, your telephone number, the name of your medication, prescription number, and the name and telephone number of your pharmacy on the Automated Refill Line.


HMO and Insurance Coverage

New England Neurological Associates is a participating provider with most major insurance plans, including managed care plans and health maintenance organizations (HMO�s). We are also participating providers for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Many HMOs and health insurance plans have strict requirements for coverage and authorizations of care. A referral from your primary care physician may be required prior to service by a New England Neurological Associates physician. If you have questions regarding pre-authorization of service, we encourage you to inquire with your HMO/insurance plan and primary care physician before scheduling or receiving care by New England Neurological Associates.
